One-on-One Private Training
All One-on-One personal training programs include:
- 45 minute private personal training sessions with a certified personal trainer.
Our only focus is on helping you achieve your goals. That's what we do and we
are the best at it.
- Individualized Strength, Cardio and Flexibility Program to get you the best
possible results in the shortest amount of time based on your goals, your
schedule and current fitness level.
- Nutritional Guidance
to teach you habits that will last a lifetime.
- Initial Fitness Assessment to determine your goals and fitness level in order to design
your individualized personal training program for your specific needs and goals.
- Assessments every 4-6 weeks to track your progress and make sure you are on schedule to meet your goal.

PACK Small Group Training
Fitness Together
Temecula has recently added Small Group Training - called PACK Training - to our schedule
to better serve the fitness needs of more members of our community.
In PACK Training,
you will
train as part of a small group or “PACK” of 2 to 4 Fitness Together clients. This
will still be personal training but rather than conducted one-on-one, it will be
conducted as Small Group Personal Training.
The PACK program will consist of:
- PACK
workouts, which are "scaled" so each
exercise is modified on an individual basis to ensure an appropriate training
level for each member of the “PACK”. You will
always be working at your appropriate level.

Weekly group nutrition sessions.
- Initial Fitness Assessment to determine your goals and fitness level.
- Assessments every 6 weeks to track your progress and make sure you are on schedule to meet your fitness goal.
- Monthly payment structure to ease your personal cash flow.
To help optimize your budget, PACK Training is about half the cost of our
current One-on-One personal training.

It is important for seniors to take care of their body through proper nutrition
and exercise, which is why we have specific exercise, health and fitness programs for seniors
that include balance, flexibility and strength to
help you with everyday movements and activities so you can live the
